Narrative:
We were cleared by gsp approach control for an ILS approach to runway 21. Approximately 3 mi from the LOM we received a TA on TCASII of an aircraft 500 ft below us and between the LOM and the runway. We never did observe the traffic. The landing was routine and clearing the runway we contacted ground control and noticed that we were still on the approach frequency.
