Narrative:
While climbing out on a morning VFR flight training mission, in a low wing small aircraft, we had performed several transitions from climb to cruise flight. We were on a north heading, and had cleared the area and had begun a climbing turn to a west heading. A high wing small aircraft saw us and was able to take evasive action. We did not see him due to the rising sun and haze.
