Narrative:

On taxi in to gate we were using hand signals from a walker on the nose and a wing walker on the left for taxi guidance. A van was parked just outside the yellow wing tip line on the right. The nose walker continued to signal move forward until impact of the forward right corner of van and leading edge device on the right wing tip. We stopped, chocked, shutdown, and deplaned passenger from aft airstairs. Nosewheel was centered on taxi line, mains were split 2/3:1/2 to the right of taxi line.
