Narrative:
Bwi ground cleared our aircraft to taxi to runway 33R and hold short of runway 22R on kilo. As I approached the hold line I was not able to stop the aircraft short of the line and partially crossed it. I attributed this problem to a poor braking system.

Narrative: BWI GND CLRED OUR ACFT TO TAXI TO RWY 33R AND HOLD SHORT OF RWY 22R ON KILO. AS I APCHED THE HOLD LINE I WAS NOT ABLE TO STOP THE ACFT SHORT OF THE LINE AND PARTIALLY CROSSED IT. I ATTRIBUTED THIS PROBLEM TO A POOR BRAKING SYS.
