Narrative:
I got standard briefing from prescott FSS before departure from sedona. I asked for all advisories and NOTAMS of any hot airspace between sez direct eru. I called and got TA's and flight following from ZAB and was squawking aeeg through this entire flight. Flight was handed off twice to other abq controllers. On 2 occasions I was told radar contact lost, but we will pick you up again in 20 mi. I said affirmative straight ahead. At no time was I told to turn to a new heading or about any airspace ahead to avoid. Next thing I knew I was talking to a sergeant in charge of white sands mission control about why I'm in his airspace. Accordingly, I turned right to 180 degree and flew in VFR corridor south to el paso. I was between R5107B and R5103B. I feel there were several contributing factors to the incursion into white sands airspace. I relied on ZAB to advise me of any potential hot airspace. They were no help. They flew me into white sands and told me to call holloman approach. Squawking aeeg all the way. WX flight briefing failed to mention anything about restr airspace between sez and eru. Truth or consequences VOR was out of service. I was unable to get a good xchk on location from 2 vors. LORAN C gave inaccurate bearing to station (eru, tx). I should have been farther south closer to el paso. Mid continent gap in my LORAN C still there? Distraction of airsick passenger on board. I made a mistake on navigation, but maybe the abq controllers could have helped me out. I won't go anywhere near a restr airspace area in future.

ACCORDINGLY, I TURNED R TO 180 DEG AND FLEW IN VFR CORRIDOR S TO EL PASO. I WAS BTWN R5107B AND R5103B. I FEEL THERE WERE SEVERAL CONTRIBUTING FACTORS TO THE INCURSION INTO WHITE SANDS AIRSPACE. LORAN C GAVE INACCURATE BEARING TO STATION (ERU, TX). I SHOULD HAVE BEEN FARTHER S CLOSER TO EL PASO. MID CONTINENT GAP IN MY LORAN C STILL THERE? DISTR OF AIRSICK PAX ON BOARD. I MADE A MISTAKE ON NAV, BUT MAYBE THE ABQ CTLRS COULD HAVE HELPED ME OUT. I WON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR A RESTR AIRSPACE AREA IN FUTURE.
