Narrative:
After 2 days of VFR cross-country flight from ft worth tx en route to rialto ca, I stopped and refueled for the last leg of the flight from gila bend to rialto municipal. I quickly planned a straight course to the destination and figured in the winds aloft, ground speed, etc. I then took off, called to the FSS to open my flight plan, and occupied myself with flight watch reports on en route WX and especially winds aloft. I was busy trying to confirm the winds aloft when I realized I had intruded into R2308A airspace and had already passed through R2308B. I looked on the chart for the controling agency, which turned out to be ZLA. I tried to find the frequency for ZLA on the sectional, but it is not available. I headed north, out of the restr airspace, then west to blythe and continued the flight from there. I think the following factors contributed to the incursion. Pilot had been flying for 2 days and was lulled into a false sense of well being by how well the flight was going. It was the day before a holiday and pilot was anxious to get home. Misplaced cockpit attns. The center frequency not being listed on the sectional chart. The pilot did not have an airport/facility directory, but was using AOPA's aviation USA, a commercial substitute and could not find the center frequency in it. The pilot believes that restr areas should be more prominently depicted on the sectional charts and that the controling agency frequency should also be listed on the sectional charts.

Title: GA SMA UNAUTH PENETRATION OF RESTRICTED AREA.
Narrative: AFTER 2 DAYS OF VFR CROSS-COUNTRY FLT FROM FT WORTH TX ENRTE TO RIALTO CA, I STOPPED AND REFUELED FOR THE LAST LEG OF THE FLT FROM GILA BEND TO RIALTO MUNI. I QUICKLY PLANNED A STRAIGHT COURSE TO THE DEST AND FIGURED IN THE WINDS ALOFT, GND SPD, ETC. I THEN TOOK OFF, CALLED TO THE FSS TO OPEN MY FLT PLAN, AND OCCUPIED MYSELF WITH FLT WATCH RPTS ON ENRTE WX AND ESPECIALLY WINDS ALOFT. I WAS BUSY TRYING TO CONFIRM THE WINDS ALOFT WHEN I REALIZED I HAD INTRUDED INTO R2308A AIRSPACE AND HAD ALREADY PASSED THROUGH R2308B. I LOOKED ON THE CHART FOR THE CTLING AGENCY, WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE ZLA. I TRIED TO FIND THE FREQ FOR ZLA ON THE SECTIONAL, BUT IT IS NOT AVAILABLE. I HEADED N, OUT OF THE RESTR AIRSPACE, THEN W TO BLYTHE AND CONTINUED THE FLT FROM THERE. I THINK THE FOLLOWING FACTORS CONTRIBUTED TO THE INCURSION. PLT HAD BEEN FLYING FOR 2 DAYS AND WAS LULLED INTO A FALSE SENSE OF WELL BEING BY HOW WELL THE FLT WAS GOING. IT WAS THE DAY BEFORE A HOLIDAY AND PLT WAS ANXIOUS TO GET HOME. MISPLACED COCKPIT ATTNS. THE CENTER FREQ NOT BEING LISTED ON THE SECTIONAL CHART. THE PLT DID NOT HAVE AN ARPT/FACILITY DIRECTORY, BUT WAS USING AOPA'S AVIATION USA, A COMMERCIAL SUBSTITUTE AND COULD NOT FIND THE CENTER FREQ IN IT. THE PLT BELIEVES THAT RESTR AREAS SHOULD BE MORE PROMINENTLY DEPICTED ON THE SECTIONAL CHARTS AND THAT THE CTLING AGENCY FREQ SHOULD ALSO BE LISTED ON THE SECTIONAL CHARTS.
