Narrative:
After approximately 10 mins at cruise, left engine began to show signs of oil loss. I declared an emergency, had the first officer brief the passenger and flight attendant, and then made a normal landing with the left engine at flight idle. After inspection and consultation with the engine manufacturer oil was added and the aircraft was flown back to base for further repair.
