Narrative:

I had come from 1a5 to 3GV. WX was forecast to be going down at my ETA. I monitored and talked to flight watch during my flight. About 2 mi from 3GV some clouds got under the aircraft and I couldn't see the ground, kept going until I thought I was over the airport. I couldn't see the ground so I turned around (180 degrees). Visibility began to decrease. I flew approximately 15 mins and still couldn't see the ground and visibility was low. I tried to call on 122.0, 122.2, 122.6, 122.65 for assistance to a VFR airport. I couldn't raise anyone. I then called on 121.5 and FSS got kansas city approach to direct me to a VFR airport.
