Narrative:
After a normal takeoff and gear retraction, I noticed a red light on the nose gear. I lowered the gear and noticed the red light on the nose gear and no lights on the main gear. Upon checking the circuit breakers, I found a circuit breaker labeled 'air/ground relay and lights' popped. I was unable to reset the breaker. Notified cleveland departure of a problem and intent to circle for a time and eventually return to land. Checked with company maintenance person on company radio. First officer reviewed flight manual for appropriate information and then visually checked gear down and locked through viewing ports in the cockpit and cabin floor. Made a low pass by the tower for confirmation that gear appeared normal and made a normal landing. In addition to no green landing gear lights, numerous other aircraft functions were affected by the air/ground relay.

Narrative: AFTER A NORMAL TKOF AND GEAR RETRACTION, I NOTICED A RED LIGHT ON THE NOSE GEAR. I LOWERED THE GEAR AND NOTICED THE RED LIGHT ON THE NOSE GEAR AND NO LIGHTS ON THE MAIN GEAR. UPON CHKING THE CIRCUIT BREAKERS, I FOUND A CIRCUIT BREAKER LABELED 'AIR/GND RELAY AND LIGHTS' POPPED. I WAS UNABLE TO RESET THE BREAKER. NOTIFIED CLEVELAND DEP OF A PROBLEM AND INTENT TO CIRCLE FOR A TIME AND EVENTUALLY RETURN TO LAND. CHKED WITH COMPANY MAINT PERSON ON COMPANY RADIO. FO REVIEWED FLT MANUAL FOR APPROPRIATE INFO AND THEN VISUALLY CHKED GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED THROUGH VIEWING PORTS IN THE COCKPIT AND CABIN FLOOR. MADE A LOW PASS BY THE TWR FOR CONFIRMATION THAT GEAR APPEARED NORMAL AND MADE A NORMAL LNDG. IN ADDITION TO NO GREEN LNDG GEAR LIGHTS, NUMEROUS OTHER ACFT FUNCTIONS WERE AFFECTED BY THE AIR/GND RELAY.
