Narrative:
ATC advised that company light transport had us in sight and would be passing under us. I had aircraft on TCASII but could not see aircraft visually. I then received a TCASII TA followed by a RA to climb. We departed our assigned altitude to follow RA. I visually contacted company aircraft as it passed under us. I estimate less than 500 ft. TCASII showed it at 13600 our assigned altitude was 14000. RA climbed us to 14500. No ATC separation was lost as reported by ATC.
