Narrative:

Flight did a TCASII RA avoidance per company procedures. TCASII reacted to aircraft on final and landing on 21C at dtw 200 ft below us. Previous and subsequent cockpit conversation while cockpit was sterile may be considered as extraneous. This report is being filed in that I have suspicion that recording devices may have been removed from aircraft and some may interpret any and all cockpit conversation as being a violative offense.

Narrative: FLT DID A TCASII RA AVOIDANCE PER COMPANY PROCS. TCASII REACTED TO ACFT ON FINAL AND LNDG ON 21C AT DTW 200 FT BELOW US. PREVIOUS AND SUBSEQUENT COCKPIT CONVERSATION WHILE COCKPIT WAS STERILE MAY BE CONSIDERED AS EXTRANEOUS. THIS RPT IS BEING FILED IN THAT I HAVE SUSPICION THAT RECORDING DEVICES MAY HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM ACFT AND SOME MAY INTERPRET ANY AND ALL COCKPIT CONVERSATION AS BEING A VIOLATIVE OFFENSE.
