Narrative:

Eastbound in cruise at FL370 we got TCASII TA. Intruder aircraft was opposite direction coming from our 1 O'clock position. TCASII issued an RA with climb advisory, we complied immediately, still unable to visually pick up intruder. By 37800 TCASII gave the clear of traffic signal. We advised ATC of our altitude deviation and the reason. ATC said traffic was level at FL350. I believe this was caused by the traffic climbing below us. However, we were unable to verify either visually or via ATC, as to loss of separation. TCASII works.
