Being off course he mistakenly idented orlando international as sanford (central florida regional). He called sanford tower and was told to report 2 mi west. He made his call, but he was told he wasn't in sight. Sanford tower told student to contact orlando approach. After contacting orlando approach, he was told he was in the orlando TCA and was given radar vectors to sanford. Additional dual ground and flight instruction was given to student to ensure that this would not happen again.
