Narrative:
Captain flying the cap 087 degree radial on the queen 3 arrival to cvg. I'm set up on the 306 degree radial on the transition. ATC advises we're north of course, turn to 130 degree and intercept the cap 087 degree. Captain was showing on course on his HSI. He tapped on the glass and the needle 'unstuck' and showed full scale deflection. We corrected to course.
