Narrative:
On cable patrol in an small aircraft while circling over an area where there was a right-of-way problem, the other pilot noticed there was a helicopter following us. Since our aircraft was not marked with patrol it may have been reported to the police or FAA as a low flying aircraft. We took no action other than going on with the cable patrol.

Narrative: ON CABLE PATROL IN AN SMA WHILE CIRCLING OVER AN AREA WHERE THERE WAS A RIGHT-OF-WAY PROBLEM, THE OTHER PLT NOTICED THERE WAS A HELI FOLLOWING US. SINCE OUR ACFT WAS NOT MARKED WITH PATROL IT MAY HAVE BEEN RPTED TO THE POLICE OR FAA AS A LOW FLYING ACFT. WE TOOK NO ACTION OTHER THAN GOING ON WITH THE CABLE PATROL.
