Narrative:
Approximately 45 min after takeoff central load control sent us an amended load close-out with an adjusted passenger count, takeoff weight and cg/trim tab setting. Coming after takeoff there was nothing to do except note the fact that we did not have accurate weight and balance, as required, for takeoff. The FAA inspector giving us a routine check noted the same. Perhaps company procedure need to be changed to get a passenger count from the crew as opposed to relying on passenger service agents.

Title: ACR MLG DEP ARPT WITH INACCURATE WT AND BAL DATA FOR TKOF GROSS WT AND STAB TRIM SETTING.
Narrative: APPROX 45 MIN AFTER TKOF CENTRAL LOAD CTL SENT US AN AMENDED LOAD CLOSE-OUT WITH AN ADJUSTED PAX COUNT, TKOF WT AND CG/TRIM TAB SETTING. COMING AFTER TKOF THERE WAS NOTHING TO DO EXCEPT NOTE THE FACT THAT WE DID NOT HAVE ACCURATE WT AND BAL, AS REQUIRED, FOR TKOF. THE FAA INSPECTOR GIVING US A ROUTINE CHK NOTED THE SAME. PERHAPS COMPANY PROC NEED TO BE CHANGED TO GET A PAX COUNT FROM THE CREW AS OPPOSED TO RELYING ON PAX SERVICE AGENTS.
