Narrative:
We taxied out of bos with no problem. After takeoff there was no positive performance until we reached 550-600 ft. The airspeed was difficult to maintain. The rest of the flight through the landing was normal. Sitting in mht with 1 engine running, deplaning and enplaning passenger, the ramp agent came to us and asked if we had known the comat load from our previous leg so he could fill out a cargo manifest load for the continuing flight to lga. We were not aware of any comat. I have a signed cargo load manifest from the ramp agent in bos stating there were 46 bags put on. In reality there were 46 bags and 393 pounds of comat. We had taken off over gross and landed over gross. An incident report was filed immediately and company had been notified. Supplemental information from acn 203247: we attributed poor performance on takeoff to heavy aircraft. Aircraft was grounded at this point for inspection. As far as occurrence of happening again, certain action has been taken by the company.

Title: IMPROPER WT MANIFEST GIVEN TO FLC RESULTING IN OVERWT TKOF AND LNDG.
Narrative: WE TAXIED OUT OF BOS WITH NO PROBLEM. AFTER TKOF THERE WAS NO POSITIVE PERFORMANCE UNTIL WE REACHED 550-600 FT. THE AIRSPD WAS DIFFICULT TO MAINTAIN. THE REST OF THE FLT THROUGH THE LNDG WAS NORMAL. SITTING IN MHT WITH 1 ENG RUNNING, DEPLANING AND ENPLANING PAX, THE RAMP AGENT CAME TO US AND ASKED IF WE HAD KNOWN THE COMAT LOAD FROM OUR PREVIOUS LEG SO HE COULD FILL OUT A CARGO MANIFEST LOAD FOR THE CONTINUING FLT TO LGA. AN INCIDENT RPT WAS FILED IMMEDIATELY AND COMPANY HAD BEEN NOTIFIED. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 203247: WE ATTRIBUTED POOR PERFORMANCE ON TKOF TO HVY ACFT. ACFT WAS GNDED AT THIS POINT FOR INSPECTION. AS FAR AS OCCURRENCE OF HAPPENING AGAIN, CERTAIN ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY THE COMPANY.
