Narrative:
While working local control, small aircraft X was cleared to land on runway 31. After landing aircraft appeared to lose control and declared an emergency. Emergency notification was sent out and aircraft was removed from the runway. No injuries and minor damage.

Title: SMA X LOSS OF ACFT CTL DURING LNDG. ACFT ACCIDENT.
Narrative: WHILE WORKING LCL CTL, SMA X WAS CLRED TO LAND ON RWY 31. AFTER LNDG ACFT APPEARED TO LOSE CTL AND DECLARED AN EMER. EMER NOTIFICATION WAS SENT OUT AND ACFT WAS REMOVED FROM THE RWY. NO INJURIES AND MINOR DAMAGE.
