Narrative:
Station failed to notify dispatch of proper payload on the flight. Therefore our flight plans and fuel requirements were less than needed due to a 20000 pound increase in takeoff weight. We did not catch the discrepancy until top of climb. We contacted company via phone patch and received a revised flight release showing the actual takeoff weight and fuel burns, but without the alternate fuel which was not required by far's. This provided a min fuel required figure that was less than our actual takeoff fuel. Although we had plenty of fuel to complete the flight, we failed to check our actual takeoff weight with the planned takeoff weight on the flight plan. We should have caught the discrepancy and requested a completely new flight plan and flight release.

Title: PAX CARGO FLT WT AND BAL FIGURES INCORRECT RESULTING IN LESS THAN MIN FUEL REQUIRED.
Narrative: STATION FAILED TO NOTIFY DISPATCH OF PROPER PAYLOAD ON THE FLT. THEREFORE OUR FLT PLANS AND FUEL REQUIREMENTS WERE LESS THAN NEEDED DUE TO A 20000 POUND INCREASE IN TKOF WT. WE DID NOT CATCH THE DISCREPANCY UNTIL TOP OF CLB. WE CONTACTED COMPANY VIA PHONE PATCH AND RECEIVED A REVISED FLT RELEASE SHOWING THE ACTUAL TKOF WT AND FUEL BURNS, BUT WITHOUT THE ALTERNATE FUEL WHICH WAS NOT REQUIRED BY FAR'S. THIS PROVIDED A MIN FUEL REQUIRED FIGURE THAT WAS LESS THAN OUR ACTUAL TKOF FUEL. ALTHOUGH WE HAD PLENTY OF FUEL TO COMPLETE THE FLT, WE FAILED TO CHK OUR ACTUAL TKOF WT WITH THE PLANNED TKOF WT ON THE FLT PLAN. WE SHOULD HAVE CAUGHT THE DISCREPANCY AND REQUESTED A COMPLETELY NEW FLT PLAN AND FLT RELEASE.
