Narrative:
I was conducting OJT on the arrival south position with military satellite and west departure combined. Prior to starting OJT, I requested that west departure be decombined because of the developmental's low training time on these positions. I received no answer from the supervisor. In the first 10 or 15 mins of training I advised another supervisor that the proposed departures were such that we were going to need some help. About that time we accepted a handoff from another sector, on small aircraft X about that time we got busy with departure traffic. When small aircraft X checked in on the frequency I did not hear him because of traffic volume and coordination on the landline. A moment later small aircraft X called again and the altimeter was issued to him. At this time I was concerned with 2 handoffs which 1 the ARTCC and 1 another sector at jax approach were not accepting. The next call was NAS nip control tower asking if I was talking with a VFR aircraft 1 1/2 mi south of NAS jax. Small aircraft X was in the NAS jax air traffic area and came close to VFR traffic in the nip VFR traffic pattern. I then advised the supervisor what had happened. After approximately 30 or 40 mins we were relieved for a break. After we returned from break and worked for about 30 mins we were relieved from position and told to listen to the tape because we had violated 7110.65F paragraph 2-16b. I was then advised after listening to the tape that I was decertified.

Title: SMA X UNAUTHORIZED UNCOORD PENETRATION OF AIRSPACE. OPDEV.
Narrative: I WAS CONDUCTING OJT ON THE ARR S POS WITH MIL SATELLITE AND W DEP COMBINED. PRIOR TO STARTING OJT, I REQUESTED THAT W DEP BE DECOMBINED BECAUSE OF THE DEVELOPMENTAL'S LOW TRAINING TIME ON THESE POSITIONS. I RECEIVED NO ANSWER FROM THE SUPVR. IN THE FIRST 10 OR 15 MINS OF TRAINING I ADVISED ANOTHER SUPVR THAT THE PROPOSED DEPS WERE SUCH THAT WE WERE GOING TO NEED SOME HELP. ABOUT THAT TIME WE ACCEPTED A HDOF FROM ANOTHER SECTOR, ON SMA X ABOUT THAT TIME WE GOT BUSY WITH DEP TFC. WHEN SMA X CHKED IN ON THE FREQ I DID NOT HEAR HIM BECAUSE OF TFC VOLUME AND COORD ON THE LANDLINE. A MOMENT LATER SMA X CALLED AGAIN AND THE ALTIMETER WAS ISSUED TO HIM. AT THIS TIME I WAS CONCERNED WITH 2 HDOFS WHICH 1 THE ARTCC AND 1 ANOTHER SECTOR AT JAX APCH WERE NOT ACCEPTING. THE NEXT CALL WAS NAS NIP CTL TWR ASKING IF I WAS TALKING WITH A VFR ACFT 1 1/2 MI S OF NAS JAX. SMA X WAS IN THE NAS JAX ATA AND CAME CLOSE TO VFR TFC IN THE NIP VFR TFC PATTERN. I THEN ADVISED THE SUPVR WHAT HAD HAPPENED. AFTER APPROX 30 OR 40 MINS WE WERE RELIEVED FOR A BREAK. AFTER WE RETURNED FROM BREAK AND WORKED FOR ABOUT 30 MINS WE WERE RELIEVED FROM POS AND TOLD TO LISTEN TO THE TAPE BECAUSE WE HAD VIOLATED 7110.65F PARAGRAPH 2-16B. I WAS THEN ADVISED AFTER LISTENING TO THE TAPE THAT I WAS DECERTIFIED.
