Narrative:

After retracting flaps on climb out, we received a #2 engine fire bell and red visual warning light. Followed company procedures which resulted in shutting down #2 engine and subsequent dumping of fuel (approximately 16000 pounds). An emergency was declared, and we returned to departure airport (tucson), for uneventful 2 engine landing. Maintenance inspection later discovered a broken fuel heat line which caused hot air leak in engine compartment and resulting fire warning light.
