Narrative:
Shortly after takeoff and gear was retracted, the #2 engine indicated fire. Captain was PNF, maintained ATC communications and secured engine. First officer was PF and entered right downwind for runway 14L and landed. No injuries or further complications noted. Before we received aircraft it had been written up in the logbook for repair and work on the fire loops on the #2 engine.

Narrative: SHORTLY AFTER TKOF AND GEAR WAS RETRACTED, THE #2 ENG INDICATED FIRE. CAPT WAS PNF, MAINTAINED ATC COMS AND SECURED ENG. FO WAS PF AND ENTERED R DOWNWIND FOR RWY 14L AND LANDED. NO INJURIES OR FURTHER COMPLICATIONS NOTED. BEFORE WE RECEIVED ACFT IT HAD BEEN WRITTEN UP IN THE LOGBOOK FOR REPAIR AND WORK ON THE FIRE LOOPS ON THE #2 ENG.
