Narrative:
Flight #X departed runway 32 at iah at xz and was issued clearance to fly heading 040 degree after departure and climb to 4000 ft MSL. Passing approximately 2000 ft we received a clearance to turn to 140 degree and were advised of traffic. Passing approximately 3000 ft in the turn we received a TCASII RA to descend now at approximately 2000 FPM. The command was followed. When we cleared the conflict we almost immediately received a 2ND TCASII RA and were commanded to climb. We climbed away from the conflict and leveled momentarily to switch frequency to departure and verify our position relative to any other traffic. After switching to frequency 119.7, as issued on our pre-departure clearance, the departure controller seemed confused as to our position and asked for our location which we appropriately responded to. At this time we received a 3RD TCASII RA. However captain had visual at this time and we climbed away from conflict. Flight continued on to tpa without further incident.

Title: ACR FLC DEVIATED FROM CLB TO RESPOND TO TCASII RA. ALTDEV EXCURSION.
Narrative: FLT #X DEPARTED RWY 32 AT IAH AT XZ AND WAS ISSUED CLRNC TO FLY HDG 040 DEG AFTER DEP AND CLB TO 4000 FT MSL. PASSING APPROX 2000 FT WE RECEIVED A CLRNC TO TURN TO 140 DEG AND WERE ADVISED OF TFC. PASSING APPROX 3000 FT IN THE TURN WE RECEIVED A TCASII RA TO DSND NOW AT APPROX 2000 FPM. THE COMMAND WAS FOLLOWED. WHEN WE CLRED THE CONFLICT WE ALMOST IMMEDIATELY RECEIVED A 2ND TCASII RA AND WERE COMMANDED TO CLB. WE CLBED AWAY FROM THE CONFLICT AND LEVELED MOMENTARILY TO SWITCH FREQ TO DEP AND VERIFY OUR POS RELATIVE TO ANY OTHER TFC. AFTER SWITCHING TO FREQ 119.7, AS ISSUED ON OUR PRE-DEP CLRNC, THE DEP CTLR SEEMED CONFUSED AS TO OUR POS AND ASKED FOR OUR LOCATION WHICH WE APPROPRIATELY RESPONDED TO. AT THIS TIME WE RECEIVED A 3RD TCASII RA. HOWEVER CAPT HAD VISUAL AT THIS TIME AND WE CLBED AWAY FROM CONFLICT. FLT CONTINUED ON TO TPA WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
