Narrative:
Civet 2 profile descent -- lax. Procedure is to cross suzzi (25L localizer 29 DME) between 9000 ft and 10000 ft MSL, and to cross fuelr (25L localizer 25 DME) at 8000 ft MSL. At 31 DME and 9300 ft MSL, TCASII said 'traffic.' TCASII display showed traffic at 3 O'clock, 4 mi and 400 ft higher. I looked outside for traffic and couldn't find it. When I looked back inside, I noticed that we were now inside suzzi (approximately 28.5 DME) and still at 9000 ft MSL. I told the captain, who was looking for the traffic also, that we were to be at fuelr at 8000 ft. He started down and continued to look for the traffic. When I recognized that he wasn't descending fast enough, I reminded him again about the crossing restriction. He increased the descent a little more, but not enough. We crossed fuelr at 8600 ft MSL. ATC didn't say anything. I don't believe that there was any traffic conflict. TCASII traffic passed behind us. Lesson learned: 1 pilot -- traffic watch, other pilot -- fly airplane.

Title: ALTDEV ALT XING RESTRICTION NOT MET.
Narrative: CIVET 2 PROFILE DSCNT -- LAX. PROC IS TO CROSS SUZZI (25L LOC 29 DME) BTWN 9000 FT AND 10000 FT MSL, AND TO CROSS FUELR (25L LOC 25 DME) AT 8000 FT MSL. AT 31 DME AND 9300 FT MSL, TCASII SAID 'TFC.' TCASII DISPLAY SHOWED TFC AT 3 O'CLOCK, 4 MI AND 400 FT HIGHER. I LOOKED OUTSIDE FOR TFC AND COULDN'T FIND IT. WHEN I LOOKED BACK INSIDE, I NOTICED THAT WE WERE NOW INSIDE SUZZI (APPROX 28.5 DME) AND STILL AT 9000 FT MSL. I TOLD THE CAPT, WHO WAS LOOKING FOR THE TFC ALSO, THAT WE WERE TO BE AT FUELR AT 8000 FT. HE STARTED DOWN AND CONTINUED TO LOOK FOR THE TFC. WHEN I RECOGNIZED THAT HE WASN'T DSNDING FAST ENOUGH, I REMINDED HIM AGAIN ABOUT THE XING RESTRICTION. HE INCREASED THE DSCNT A LITTLE MORE, BUT NOT ENOUGH. WE CROSSED FUELR AT 8600 FT MSL. ATC DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING. I DON'T BELIEVE THAT THERE WAS ANY TFC CONFLICT. TCASII TFC PASSED BEHIND US. LESSON LEARNED: 1 PLT -- TFC WATCH, OTHER PLT -- FLY AIRPLANE.
