Narrative:
We were landing on 13R at austin muller. The runway was wet. The aircraft touched down approximately 800 ft from the threshold. Rollout seemed normal. During the last 1000 ft of rollout, the plane began to pull to the left. Speed was approximately 60 KTS. It was, in my opinion, too fast to engage nose wheel steering. The aircraft went off the left side between the landing lights. The momentum was still good enough to return to the pavement without getting stuck. During post-flight inspection it was revealed that the right outboard tire was flat. The tire was still intact and rim appeared ok.
