Narrative:
Approaching stary intersection on J-79 we realized we had not heard from ZJX for several mins. We called for a radio check and ZJX called back quickly directing an immediate 30 degree right turn away from a military warning area and gave us a frequency change. The new controller asked what frequency we had come from and nothing further was said. Rest of flight was uneventful.
