Narrative:

Reaching top of cruise, I reached over to increase cabin temperature and while bringing my hand back I inadvertently got my watchband caught on the #2 thrust lever which came back past detent to cutoff. I maintained position control, called for the appropriate checklist, and notified ATC that we had to descend to 250 for a relight. No malfunctions no other occurrence. Relight accomplished, flight continued on to destination.
