Narrative:
TCASII resolution en route for landing atl. Atl approach control, altitude 11000 ft 2 aircraft displayed on TCASII. Received climb advisory climbed to 11800, received all cleared. Verified with atl approach of our altitude and TCASII resolution. Atl said traffic was no factor. Descended back to 11000 ft uneventful landing. Traffic appeared to be on takeoff climb out of atl. Supplemental information from acn 206605: atl approach said there was an aircraft at our 12 O'clock that would level at 10000 ft, but did not see a problem.
