Narrative:

Going through 34000 ft on initial descent from 35000 ft, the red master warning and cabin pressure lights came on. We declared an emergency and initiated a rapid descent and executed the cabin pressure loss checklist and rapid descent checklist. During the rapid descent phase the aft stairway door light came on. Upon arrival in memphis we did a low pass by tower to confirm the stairway was up and locked, and it was. We landed normally with no indication of injuries to passengers or crew, we had 100 passenger, 4 flight attendants, 1 cockpit crew member.
