Narrative:
Air carrier X on diverging airway. Other aircraft heading 300 degree for second airway south of first. Both aircraft climbed out of approach control airspace. Air carrier Y overshot intercept radial and separation lost. OJT in progress. LOA constant or increasing separation not adhered to. I still get blame.
