Narrative:
I took a transfer from guam cerap. I activated the flight plan in the computer at the wrong altitude. I subsequently transferred the flight to tokyo all at the wrong altitude. Call sign was air carrier X. There was no loss of separation.

Title: ARTCC ARTCC INTRAFAC COORD ACR X TRANSFER OF CTL AT WRONG ALT.
Narrative: I TOOK A TRANSFER FROM GUAM CERAP. I ACTIVATED THE FLT PLAN IN THE COMPUTER AT THE WRONG ALT. I SUBSEQUENTLY TRANSFERRED THE FLT TO TOKYO ALL AT THE WRONG ALT. CALL SIGN WAS ACR X. THERE WAS NO LOSS OF SEPARATION.
