Narrative:
Departed gtr VFR. Tried to pick up IFR in air and flew into arsa. Turned 5 mi for center off colombus AFB. I thought it was an air traffic area because I had never heard of an arsa that was only open certain hours.

Narrative: DEPARTED GTR VFR. TRIED TO PICK UP IFR IN AIR AND FLEW INTO ARSA. TURNED 5 MI FOR CTR OFF COLOMBUS AFB. I THOUGHT IT WAS AN ATA BECAUSE I HAD NEVER HEARD OF AN ARSA THAT WAS ONLY OPEN CERTAIN HRS.
