Narrative:
I had just completed and failed my CFI chkride, which had lasted approximately 6 hours. By this time, I was fatigued. I was taxiing to runway 18 for return to my home base. I received a clearance to taxi and was doing so with my aircraft on the taxiway centerline. This was the first time I had been to the airport and was unfamiliar. For this reason, I was looking to the left towards the runway and preparing to make a left turn. As I turned my head to the right, I saw the small transport but did not have sufficient time to prevent the collision of my right wing with the small transport right wing. The small transport was parked to my right and facing the opposite direction with the small transport right wing extending into the taxiway by 2 ft.
