Narrative:

Single runway airport with a short, semi-circular taxiway at terminal building end. After landing I turned off on the taxiway and slowly proceeded toward the terminal building. The taxiway was lined with airplanes on the right of my plane. Another plane taxiing toward me forced me to give way to my right. After it had passed, I attempted to turn left to regain the center of the taxiway. The clearance looked adequate to avoid one of the parked planes, which had its nose end projecting about 4' into the taxiway. My wingtip scraped the front 8' of the planes fiberglass cowl. Damage to my aircraft was minimal. Damage to the struck aircraft was cracks in the struck portion of the fiberglass cowl. This incident could have been avoided if I had stopped my aircraft and manually pulled it to position on the taxiway. The taxiway was very narrow with insufficient width for 2 planes to pass west/O one yielding a right of way. The taxiway was unmarked so no centerline was available for reference. No assistance for locating parking space was available in any form, so a mish mash of aircraft parking made that area hazardous. In this particular location, the taxiway should be marked 'one way'. Traffic flow would then be less hazardous in spite of plane parking.

Title: GA SMA HIT A PARKED ACFT TAXIING TO THE RAMP AT A NON TWR ARPT.

Narrative: SINGLE RWY ARPT WITH A SHORT, SEMI-CIRCULAR TXWY AT TERMINAL BUILDING END. AFTER LNDG I TURNED OFF ON THE TXWY AND SLOWLY PROCEEDED TOWARD THE TERMINAL BUILDING. THE TXWY WAS LINED WITH AIRPLANES ON THE R OF MY PLANE. ANOTHER PLANE TAXIING TOWARD ME FORCED ME TO GIVE WAY TO MY R. AFTER IT HAD PASSED, I ATTEMPTED TO TURN L TO REGAIN THE CTR OF THE TXWY. THE CLRNC LOOKED ADEQUATE TO AVOID ONE OF THE PARKED PLANES, WHICH HAD ITS NOSE END PROJECTING ABOUT 4' INTO THE TXWY. MY WINGTIP SCRAPED THE FRONT 8' OF THE PLANES FIBERGLASS COWL. DAMAGE TO MY ACFT WAS MINIMAL. DAMAGE TO THE STRUCK ACFT WAS CRACKS IN THE STRUCK PORTION OF THE FIBERGLASS COWL. THIS INCIDENT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF I HAD STOPPED MY ACFT AND MANUALLY PULLED IT TO POS ON THE TXWY. THE TXWY WAS VERY NARROW WITH INSUFFICIENT WIDTH FOR 2 PLANES TO PASS W/O ONE YIELDING A R OF WAY. THE TXWY WAS UNMARKED SO NO CTRLINE WAS AVAILABLE FOR REFERENCE. NO ASSISTANCE FOR LOCATING PARKING SPACE WAS AVAILABLE IN ANY FORM, SO A MISH MASH OF ACFT PARKING MADE THAT AREA HAZARDOUS. IN THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION, THE TXWY SHOULD BE MARKED 'ONE WAY'. TFC FLOW WOULD THEN BE LESS HAZARDOUS IN SPITE OF PLANE PARKING.
