Narrative:
The chocks I used time were triangular shaped instead of square. The plane (my private) was parked by the terminal building, which used the triangular chocks. The chocks in my hangar are square, these are the ones I had always used before. Apparently the triangular chocks did not offer enough resistance to stop this airplane. Airplane weight is 999.00 pounds, 180 horsepwr, propeller 76 inchs by 56 inches fixed. Large square chocks need to be used from now on, or better yet, I should install a 'tow-plane' hook. While hand-propping my biplane it jumped the chocks ran across the ramp and struck another airplane. The other plane was approximately 30 ft away. No persons were in either airplane and no one was injured.

Title: EXPERIMENTAL PLANE PLT HAND PROPPING ACFT. ACFT JUMPS CHOCKS, HITS PLANE 30 FT AWAY.
Narrative: THE CHOCKS I USED TIME WERE TRIANGULAR SHAPED INSTEAD OF SQUARE. AIRPLANE WT IS 999.00 POUNDS, 180 HORSEPWR, PROP 76 INCHS BY 56 INCHES FIXED. THE OTHER PLANE WAS APPROX 30 FT AWAY. NO PERSONS WERE IN EITHER AIRPLANE AND NO ONE WAS INJURED.
