Narrative:

Both air carrier X and air carrier Y were nebound climbing to FL290. Air carrier Z was at FL290 northbound at FL290 which was going to be descended under the 2 climbing aircraft. Next sector said just stop them under air carrier Z. I said ok and stopped air carrier Y and before I could stop air carrier X, my override had a call on 2 then another aircraft called me. Had to call air carrier Z a couple of times before he would answer. By this time, I neglected to get back and stop air carrier X which already showed climbing to FL280 which the next sector put in. Everything looked ok until I saw him bust his altitude and by the time I had got him level again it was too late. I realized then that I had not gotten back to stop air carrier X at FL280.
