Narrative:
Tps data on board indicated under standard power takeoff was not allowed on 17R from taxiway 19E. This was due to last 1000 ft of runway 35L not being usable due to construction. Captain elected to use maximum power and aircraft system off to takeoff on runway 17R from 19E. Takeoff was uneventful and normal.

Narrative: TPS DATA ON BOARD INDICATED UNDER STANDARD PWR TKOF WAS NOT ALLOWED ON 17R FROM TAXIWAY 19E. THIS WAS DUE TO LAST 1000 FT OF RWY 35L NOT BEING USABLE DUE TO CONSTRUCTION. CAPT ELECTED TO USE MAX PWR AND ACFT SYS OFF TO TKOF ON RWY 17R FROM 19E. TKOF WAS UNEVENTFUL AND NORMAL.
