Narrative:
I was leaving pgd airport carrying a passenger who wanted a training flight to key west. I called FSS before leaving naples to fly to charlotte county airport to meet this passenger. FSS said that there would be thunderstorms inland, the coast seemed to be clear all the way down to key west. En route, I was in contact with ft myers approach who was giving me flight following. After reaching naples, flight following was cancelled and I was told to contact ZMA. After contacting ZMA on 134.45, I was told they could not help me, that I would have to contact ZMA on a different frequency. ZMA would not acknowledge me. After about 5 mins I went back to the old frequency where I was told again that they could not help me. So, I tried to call center again and they would not acknowledge, I believe it was due to traffic on the frequency. By this time, I was just offshore from marco island and the WX was building up behind me and also over everglades airport (X01). So, I decided to take V-539 to key west not knowing I was crossing the ADIZ. I thought the ADIZ ran down the east side of W-174G. Later, I contacted navy key west approach who gave me flight following to key west. Soon after I realized what I had done, but by now I was 30 NM north of key west. A lack of planning and not filing a flight plan was the big mistake. Also, feeling pressure from my passenger added to my poor judgement. The trip back from key west was uneventful due to careful preflight planning and filing of a flight plan.

Title: FLT INSTRUCTOR OF SMA TRAINING ACFT PENETRATED THE ADIZ WITHOUT A FLT PLAN.
Narrative: I WAS LEAVING PGD ARPT CARRYING A PAX WHO WANTED A TRAINING FLT TO KEY WEST. I CALLED FSS BEFORE LEAVING NAPLES TO FLY TO CHARLOTTE COUNTY ARPT TO MEET THIS PAX. AFTER CONTACTING ZMA ON 134.45, I WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT HELP ME, THAT I WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT ZMA ON A DIFFERENT FREQ. ZMA WOULD NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ME. AFTER ABOUT 5 MINS I WENT BACK TO THE OLD FREQ WHERE I WAS TOLD AGAIN THAT THEY COULD NOT HELP ME. SO, I TRIED TO CALL CTR AGAIN AND THEY WOULD NOT ACKNOWLEDGE, I BELIEVE IT WAS DUE TO TFC ON THE FREQ. ALSO, FEELING PRESSURE FROM MY PAX ADDED TO MY POOR JUDGEMENT. THE TRIP BACK FROM KEY WEST WAS UNEVENTFUL DUE TO CAREFUL PREFLT PLANNING AND FILING OF A FLT PLAN.
