Narrative:
After takeoff from fll, first officer flying. Master caution warning sounded, EICAS message appeared. Thrust reverse isolation (both engines) stayed illuminated about 3 seconds and then went out. All indications normal. Leveled off at 3000 ft, autothrottles malfunctioned and aircraft accelerated. Manually adjusted airspeed to 250 KTS. In and out of clouds, bases were about 2200 ft, on assigned heading of 350 degrees. TCASII warning -- RA showed target at 1 O'clock about 1 mi, 400 ft below and climbing. Target appeared to be getting closer and then indication was 200 ft below. We made immediate left turn, applied thrust and climbed to 4200 ft, advising mia center of our action.
