Narrative:
In cruise at FL280, we got 'descend' instructions on TCASII. Called center to advise and initiated descent at same time; also at about same time got traffic in visual contact. As we reached 27800 ft center advised us to return to FL280 and that traffic was at FL290. We did so.

Narrative: IN CRUISE AT FL280, WE GOT 'DSND' INSTRUCTIONS ON TCASII. CALLED CTR TO ADVISE AND INITIATED DSCNT AT SAME TIME; ALSO AT ABOUT SAME TIME GOT TFC IN VISUAL CONTACT. AS WE REACHED 27800 FT CTR ADVISED US TO RETURN TO FL280 AND THAT TFC WAS AT FL290. WE DID SO.
