Narrative:
Departed mia for tgu. We were cleared to FL330 from mia center and then handed off to havana center. We requested FL410. They gave us a heading of 210 degrees, climb to FL410. As we started the climb we noted an aircraft on TCASII 1500 ft above on the nose. At this point TCASII demanded a climb. Missed other aircraft by 1 mi horizontal/1000 vertical. TCASII worked great.
