Narrative:
The nos approach plate books have the sids with the approach plates and the stars in the front of the book with the takeoff procedures. This seems backwards to me adding a bunch of paper shuffling during high workload times. I believe the sids should be in front with the takeoff procedures and the stars back with the approachs.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: THIS RPTR FEELS THAT THE NEW NOAA APCH CHART BOOKS SHOULD HAVE THE STARS LOCATED WITH THE APCH PLATES AS THE SIDS ARE.
