Narrative:
In-flight short circuit caused smoke/sparks/flames in flight attendant rear jumpseat. Halon used. Cannon plugs disconnected. Diverted to keflavik, iceland, to insure problem would not recur and no damage done. Declared emergency to get special handling. Routine landing (over weight) dumped 20000 pounds fuel. Return flight to atl uneventful.
