Narrative:
After landing at this airport several times before, I approached from the ssw, called tower 10 mi out, and was advised to come straight in for a landing on runway 35. I called in at 2 mi and was cleared to land. They were working on runway 3/21 resurfacing it, and it crossed runway 25 approximately 300 ft from the south end. But at XA00, no people or equipment was present at the intersection. I came in low, but decided to land past the intersection of 35 and 3. As I passed over #3, I felt a bump and realized I had pulled up slightly to avoid a window of broken asphalt on runway 3. I landed on 35, then saw reflectors across 35 and the new south end of 35. I damaged a tire but did not flatten it. No other damage was noted. No barriers or flags were noted on the runway. A NOTAM had been issued for runway 3/21, but not for 35. Chevrons were on the area I landed, but were not noticeable at the flat angle I approached at.
