Narrative:

On takeoff from dfw, we (the cockpit crew) were unable to pressurize the cabin. All aircraft manual abnormal checklist procedures were followed. Since we were unable to pressurize, we initiated an air return to dfw. Maintenance met the aircraft and found that cargo door netting was caught in the cargo door, and even though all door lights were out in the cockpit, the aircraft could not be pressurized. Ground crew awareness would have prevented this air return.
