Narrative:
Approached the localizer runway 27R see at approximately lardy intersection. Electrical system had started to fail approximately 5 mins earlier. Lost all navigation, communication, strobes, lights, beacon. Flaps (electric) were inoperative. Passenger (non pilot) was getting very anxious and appeared nervous. No traffic in sight so elected to turn inbound on final. Landed without incident (flaps up) and received green tower light to taxi. Called tower by telephone and all appeared ok.

Title: SMA HAS TOTAL ELECTRICAL FAILURE ON APCH. CONTINUES, GETS GREEN LIGHT.
Narrative: APCHED THE LOC RWY 27R SEE AT APPROX LARDY INTXN. ELECTRICAL SYS HAD STARTED TO FAIL APPROX 5 MINS EARLIER. LOST ALL NAV, COM, STROBES, LIGHTS, BEACON. FLAPS (ELECTRIC) WERE INOP. PAX (NON PLT) WAS GETTING VERY ANXIOUS AND APPEARED NERVOUS. NO TFC IN SIGHT SO ELECTED TO TURN INBOUND ON FINAL. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT (FLAPS UP) AND RECEIVED GREEN TWR LIGHT TO TAXI. CALLED TWR BY TELEPHONE AND ALL APPEARED OK.
