Narrative:
I was landing at this airport for the first time. The WX was cavu. My approach was at pattern altitude to remain under the bwi TCA. I could hear the active runway on unicom was 32. I spotted the field from 5 mi out. I called unicom and declared my intention to make a straight in approach. I called on 3 mi final. I called on 1 mi final. There were 3 planes taking off but no other radio traffic. At 3/4 mi final, a small high-wing shot under me and landed doing a touch and go. Presumably an instructor, said 'hey, you almost hit us.' I never saw or heard him before then and unicom never did answer me. In retrospect, I should have entered a standard aircraft pattern.
