Narrative:
After takeoff from ind, the aircraft had a complete loss of hydraulic system a. Crew accomplished all checklists and abnormal procedures. Landing gear had to be manually extended. Precautions were taken by doing a tower fly-by to check gear position and emergency vehicles were requested to stand by. Normal landing was accomplished, crew did not declare an emergency and no evacuate/evacuation was necessary. Personnel at ind tower were very professional and were a great help.

Title: ACR HAS LOSS OF 'A' HYD SYS JUST AFTER TKOF.
Narrative: AFTER TKOF FROM IND, THE ACFT HAD A COMPLETE LOSS OF HYD SYS A. CREW ACCOMPLISHED ALL CHKLISTS AND ABNORMAL PROCS. LNDG GEAR HAD TO BE MANUALLY EXTENDED. PRECAUTIONS WERE TAKEN BY DOING A TWR FLY-BY TO CHK GEAR POS AND EMER VEHICLES WERE REQUESTED TO STAND BY. NORMAL LNDG WAS ACCOMPLISHED, CREW DID NOT DECLARE AN EMER AND NO EVAC WAS NECESSARY. PERSONNEL AT IND TWR WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WERE A GREAT HELP.
