Narrative:
Commercial publication chart at la guardia 10-09 (sep 92) and 11-0 air carrier custom chart (sep 92) show an incorrect depiction of taxiway za actually intersects the inner taxiway in the vicinity of taxiway lima. (Current depiction shows the southeast portion of taxiway za terminating in the no taxi area between the main ramp and the inner taxiway). Also charts commercial published charts show open ramp area in the vicinity of taxiway za, while there is actually a no taxi area northeast of taxiway za near the air carrier ramp. This no taxi area contains a service road with unlighted stakes on the perimeter, a few taxiway edge lights, etc. With the glare off the bright lights on the terminal, this no taxi area is difficult, if not impossible, to see at night. I suggest removing this no taxi area as it is a hazard to taxiing aircraft or at least show it on the airport diagram.

Title: CAPT OF MLG ACR ACFT COMPLAINS REGARDING ARPT TAXIWAY MARKINGS AND DESIGNATIONS.
Narrative: COMMERCIAL PUBLICATION CHART AT LA GUARDIA 10-09 (SEP 92) AND 11-0 ACR CUSTOM CHART (SEP 92) SHOW AN INCORRECT DEPICTION OF TAXIWAY ZA ACTUALLY INTERSECTS THE INNER TAXIWAY IN THE VICINITY OF TAXIWAY LIMA. (CURRENT DEPICTION SHOWS THE SE PORTION OF TAXIWAY ZA TERMINATING IN THE NO TAXI AREA BTWN THE MAIN RAMP AND THE INNER TAXIWAY). ALSO CHARTS COMMERCIAL PUBLISHED CHARTS SHOW OPEN RAMP AREA IN THE VICINITY OF TAXIWAY ZA, WHILE THERE IS ACTUALLY A NO TAXI AREA NE OF TAXIWAY ZA NEAR THE ACR RAMP. THIS NO TAXI AREA CONTAINS A SVC ROAD WITH UNLIGHTED STAKES ON THE PERIMETER, A FEW TAXIWAY EDGE LIGHTS, ETC. WITH THE GLARE OFF THE BRIGHT LIGHTS ON THE TERMINAL, THIS NO TAXI AREA IS DIFFICULT, IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE, TO SEE AT NIGHT. I SUGGEST REMOVING THIS NO TAXI AREA AS IT IS A HAZARD TO TAXIING ACFT OR AT LEAST SHOW IT ON THE ARPT DIAGRAM.
