Narrative:
The captain made the approach and landing. All aom procedures for normal ILS, approach, landing and reverse thrust were followed, except #1 and #1 reverse were not used as #1 reverse was deactivated. The runway surface was set with patchy ice. Braking action reported good by tapely meter reading .77/.75/.75. After nose wheel touchdown, normal brakes were applied. On clearing the runway it was apparent to the crew that at least 1 tire was flat. Company maintenance confirmed that the 2 right aft tires were flat. The aircraft was not taxied after clearing the active runway until 1 tire was changed. Post shutdown inspection revealed reverted rubber hydroplaning on both tires.
